Objective
Juxt is an AI-powered psychometric platform designed to scientifically and seamlessly understand how individuals are wired, aiming to improve manager, worker, and customer interactions directly in the flow of work to boost retention and business performance. The objective was to introduce Juxt to a B2B audience of frontline managers, specifically connecting with leaders and managers in the Retail, Hospitality, and Manufacturing sectors, clearly communicating the platform's key features, and driving visitors to sign up for the pilot program.

The Opportunity
Frontline managers simply don’t have the time to learn how every employee is wired. And frontline workers don’t have the time to decode what their manager “really means.” Roles are filled quickly and more often than not, frontline employees are expected to hit the ground running on day one. Employee turnover is one of the biggest problems in Retail, Hospitality and Manufacturing. Left unchecked, it can quickly become a problem that’s “too big to fix.”
Juxt is the platform to help.
Design Style & Visual Direction
The visual direction for Juxt is AI-inspired, reflecting the brand’s innovative and intelligent nature. The goal was to create a futuristic yet human-centered aesthetic that captures:
- technological depth
- Adaptability
- forward-thinking design
- a sense of warmth and creativity
The brand, including the logo follow the same philosophy, inspired by the visual language of AI, from neural networks to digital connectivity. Living in a dark environment, the design blends:
- abstract 3D environment with metallic and holographic textures, creating a sense of depth, contrast, and motion
- geometric precision with fluid motion, symbolizing the harmony between human creativity and machine intelligence.
- Subtle gradients and metallic finishes add depth and energy, connecting it seamlessly to the wider visual system.
- A palette of deep blacks and charcoals is brought to life by iridescent accents of blue, purple, and cyan, giving the design a sleek, high-tech feel.
- UI elements are minimal yet expressive, using soft glows, gradients, and reflective surfaces to convey intelligence and precision.
Together, these elements form a cohesive visual identity that merges art and technology, positioning Juxt as both innovative and visionary.
